鮮蔬肉片炒飯

肉片適量
紅蘿蔔1/2條
毛豆適量
洋蔥半顆
小黃瓜1/2條
白飯2人份
雞蛋1顆
醬油少許
鹽少許
作法
1.將肉片加入少量醬油醃製 2.將蔬菜切絲狀

2 把蔬菜燙軟

3 起一油鍋,將打散的蛋花下鍋拌炒
