乾烙蘿蔔絲餅

食材 (9 人份)
白蘿蔔1條
紅蘿蔔半條
紅蔥少許
香腸(豬肉末也可)1小條
醬油少許
糖+鹽適量
水約120ml
中筋麵粉約300克
作法
1 中筋麵粉先篩過+水先到一半..邊揉邊慢慢倒..揉到不沾手.不能太乾燥.有點濕潤!再用濕毛巾蓋上醒20分!

2 (紅白蘿蔔刨絲.紅蔥爆香加點醬油糖鹽調味).麵團揉成條狀.切成一塊塊劑子.橄平加點.包上內饀.邊緣包緊後.邊緣用叉子按壓齒紋!

3 不用放油乾煎.中小火煎6.7分.到表皮有硬硬的即可!
